- Building and maintaining marketplace features that have to hold up across thousands of stores
- Payment gateway integrations and the reconciliation work that comes with them
- Tracking down the queries that quietly got slow as the data grew

A small self-hosted setup, kept deliberately close to how production actually behaves.
- Running services in Docker Compose rather than on the host, so a rebuild is never a mystery
- Reverse proxying everything behind one entry point with real certificates
- Breaking it on purpose now and then, because that is the cheapest place to learn recovery

Notes that were only ever going to help me, rewritten so they help someone else.
- Postmortems of bugs that took longer than they should have
- The Laravel and MySQL behaviour that is obvious only after it bites you
- How this site is put together, where a decision is worth explaining
Reading
Mostly engineering write-ups and postmortems. A good incident report teaches more than a chapter of theory.

- Finish the BSc in Computer Science and Engineering
- Write more of what I learn down, here rather than in a notes app
